Travelling at 65 miles per hour on his motorbike late one evening in May of 2020, something happened to his rear wheel that resulted in him being thrown over a guardrail and 165 feet (50 metres) down an embankment. Nearly every bone in his body was broken and all his organs were damaged beyond repair. When Karen Ross-Glaser of Arizona was told that her son David would not make it through the hour, she fought to give him cannabis oil.
